### sec.370 Definitions for division In this division— fixed rate means the rate applicable under— for an apprentice or trainee— section 135 ; or for an employee under an industrial instrument or permit—the industrial instrument or permit; or for an employee who is entitled to the Queensland minimum wage and in relation to whom paragraph (a) or (b) does not apply—a general ruling for the Queensland minimum wage. rate includes price. - (a) for an apprentice or trainee— section 135 ; or - (b) for an employee under an industrial instrument or permit—the industrial instrument or permit; or - (c) for an employee who is entitled to the Queensland minimum wage and in relation to whom paragraph (a) or (b) does not apply—a general ruling for the Queensland minimum wage.
