### sec.365 Cessation of attachment not to prejudice prime contractor
This section applies if an order under section 362 stops operating because—
of satisfaction of the employee’s claim; or
it is set aside.
A prime contractor who has paid an amount in accordance with the order before receiving notice of the satisfaction or setting aside is not to be prejudiced in relation to the payment because the order stopped operating.
(sec.365-ssec.1) This section applies if an order under section 362 stops operating because— of satisfaction of the employee’s claim; or it is set aside.
(sec.365-ssec.2) A prime contractor who has paid an amount in accordance with the order before receiving notice of the satisfaction or setting aside is not to be prejudiced in relation to the payment because the order stopped operating.
