### sec.32 Working out completed year of employment
This section applies for working out a completed year of employment for section 31 .
The following periods when an employee is absent without pay are not to be taken into account—
a period of more than 3 months when an employee is absent with the employer’s approval;
a period when an employee is absent without the employer’s approval, unless the employee is absent for not more than 3 months because of illness or injury that is certified by a doctor.
(sec.32-ssec.1) This section applies for working out a completed year of employment for section 31 .
(sec.32-ssec.2) The following periods when an employee is absent without pay are not to be taken into account— a period of more than 3 months when an employee is absent with the employer’s approval; a period when an employee is absent without the employer’s approval, unless the employee is absent for not more than 3 months because of illness or injury that is certified by a doctor.
- (a) a period of more than 3 months when an employee is absent with the employer’s approval;
- (b) a period when an employee is absent without the employer’s approval, unless the employee is absent for not more than 3 months because of illness or injury that is certified by a doctor.
