### sec.307 Advising, encouraging, inciting or coercing action A person is taken to contravene a provision of this part if— for a particular reason, the person advises, encourages or incites, or takes any action with intent to coerce, another person to take action; and the action, if taken by the other person for that reason, would contravene the provision. - (a) for a particular reason, the person advises, encourages or incites, or takes any action with intent to coerce, another person to take action; and - (b) the action, if taken by the other person for that reason, would contravene the provision.
