### sec.293 Misrepresentations—engaging in industrial activity A person must not knowingly or recklessly make a false or misleading representation to another person about either of the following— the other person’s or a third person’s obligation to engage in industrial activity; the other person’s or a third person’s obligation to disclose whether a person— is or is not, or was or was not, an officer or member of an industrial organisation; or is or is not engaging, or has or has not engaged, in industrial activity. This subsection is a civil penalty provision.
