### sec.269 Orders for contravention of s 268
The commission may, on application, make an order for a contravention of section 268 .
An application may be made by any of the following—
the Minister;
a person or organisation who has an interest in the matter;
the employer against whom the strike was organised, engaged in or threatened;
a person prescribed by regulation.
The commission may, if it considers it appropriate in all the circumstances, make 1 or more of the following orders—
an order imposing on a person or organisation who contravenes section 268 a penalty of not more than 135 penalty units;
an order requiring a person or organisation who contravenes section 268 to pay the employer against whom the strike was organised, engaged in or threatened compensation of an amount the commission considers appropriate;
an injunctive order (including an interim injunction), and any other order, the commission considers necessary to stop the contravention or remedy its effects;
another consequential order.
(sec.269-ssec.1) The commission may, on application, make an order for a contravention of section 268 .

- (a) the Minister;
- (b) a person or organisation who has an interest in the matter;
