### sec.267 Indemnity against agent’s unauthorised actions An organisation or association of persons is not liable for anything said or done by its agent, during or in connection with industrial action, if— the agent acted without the knowledge of the governing body of the organisation or association; and the governing body could not, by the exercise of reasonable diligence, have prevented the action. - (a) the agent acted without the knowledge of the governing body of the organisation or association; and - (b) the governing body could not, by the exercise of reasonable diligence, have prevented the action.
