### sec.253 Orders on application etc. The commission may make an order under this part on application by— an employee to be covered by the order; or an organisation whose rules entitle it to represent the industrial interests of employees to be covered by the order; or a State peak council; or the Minister; or the human rights commissioner under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 . Also, the commission must make an order under this part on its own initiative if required to do so under section 249 . s 253 amd 2019 No. 5 s 142 (sec.253-ssec.1) The commission may make an order under this part on application by— an employee to be covered by the order; or an organisation whose rules entitle it to represent the industrial interests of employees to be covered by the order; or a State peak council; or the Minister; or the human rights commissioner under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 .
