### sec.215 Publication of bargaining instruments
This section applies if the commission grants a part 5 application.
As soon as practicable after granting the application, the commission must give the registrar—
a copy of the bargaining instrument certified or made by the commission; and
written reasons for the certification or making of the instrument.
As soon as practicable after the registrar receives a copy of the bargaining instrument under subsection (2) , the registrar must—
give the parties to whom the instrument will apply notice of—
the making of the instrument; and
if the instrument is a bargaining award—notice of the revocation of the relevant modern award; and
ensure a copy of the instrument is published on the QIRC website.
(sec.215-ssec.1) This section applies if the commission grants a part 5 application.

- (b) written reasons for the certification or making of the instrument.
