### sec.204 Inconsistency with equal remuneration orders etc. The commission must refuse to grant a part 5 application if the commission considers a provision of the proposed bargaining instrument— is inconsistent with a provision of chapter 5 , part 3 ; or is inconsistent with an order by the commission under a provision mentioned in paragraph (a) ; or seeks to prohibit or restrict an application being made under chapter 5 , part 3 . - (a) is inconsistent with a provision of chapter 5 , part 3 ; or - (b) is inconsistent with an order by the commission under a provision mentioned in paragraph (a) ; or - (c) seeks to prohibit or restrict an application being made under chapter 5 , part 3 .
