### sec.193 Requirements for commission’s decision The commission must grant a part 5 application if— each requirement under subdivision 2 is satisfied for the application; and the commission is not required under subdivision 3 to refuse to grant the application. If subsection (1) does not apply, the commission must refuse to grant the application. Subsection (2) applies subject to section 194 . (sec.193-ssec.1) The commission must grant a part 5 application if— each requirement under subdivision 2 is satisfied for the application; and the commission is not required under subdivision 3 to refuse to grant the application.
