### sec.188 Duration of scope order
A scope order in relation to a proposed bargaining instrument—
takes effect on the day the order is made; and
continues in force until the earliest of the following times—
if the order is revoked by the commission—the time stated in the instrument revoking the order;
when the proposed bargaining instrument is certified or made by the commission under part 5 ;
when an arbitration determination covering the employees stated in the scope order is made;
when the negotiating parties agree the negotiations have ended.
- (a) takes effect on the day the order is made; and
- (b) continues in force until the earliest of the following times— (i) if the order is revoked by the commission—the time stated in the instrument revoking the order; (ii) when the proposed bargaining instrument is certified or made by the commission under part 5 ; (iii) when an arbitration determination covering the employees stated in the scope order is made; (iv) when the negotiating parties agree the negotiations have ended.
- (i) if the order is revoked by the commission—the time stated in the instrument revoking the order;
