### sec.156 Commission’s power to review modern awards The commission may review a modern award— on its own initiative; or on the application of— a person to whom the award applies; or an employee organisation that represents a person mentioned in subparagraph (i) . An application mentioned in subsection (1) (b) may include a request to vary a provision of the modern award about wages or employment conditions.
