### sec.146 Flow-on of provisions from directives The commission must, on the application of a party to a modern award, include in the award provisions that are based on a directive if— the provisions of the directive apply, or have previously applied, to the parties to the award; and the parties to the award agree. The provisions included under subsection (1) must apply only to the persons to whom the directive applies or applied.
