### sec.140 Orders for wages and employment conditions The commission may make an order fixing wages and employment conditions for employees who participate in a labour market program. In making an order, the commission may consider any matter the commission considers relevant, including— the objectives of the program; and any attribute of the participants that affects their ability to get employment, including, for example— the age and competency of the participants; and any disability or incapacity of the participants; and the kind of work done in the program; and the experience to be gained by the participants; and any relevant industrial instrument; and any remuneration or benefit the participants are receiving from the Commonwealth or the State. The commission may make an order— of the commission’s own initiative; or on application by— the chief executive (training); or the Minister.
