### sec.1103 Entitlement to late term pregnancy leave and increased period of flexible parental leave
Section 85AA as in force from the commencement applies in relation to a pregnant employee regardless of whether the pregnancy started before or after the commencement.
Section 87B as in force from the commencement applies in relation to an employee regardless of whether the employee became entitled to the parental leave under chapter 2, part 3, division 8, subdivision 2 mentioned in that section before or after the commencement.
