### sec.1088 No double payment of 2019 wage adjustment This section applies if— on the commencement, a certified agreement is varied under chapter 15A, part 3; and after the commencement, another agreement (the replacement agreement ) is certified under chapter 4 that covers the employees who were covered by the certified agreement mentioned in paragraph (a). The replacement agreement must not provide for an additional wage increase in relation to 2019.
