### sec.108 Taking long service leave The employee may take long service leave between seasons. If the employee takes long service leave between seasons, the leave is taken to have started when the employee last ceased employment with the employer. (sec.108-ssec.1) The employee may take long service leave between seasons. (sec.108-ssec.2) If the employee takes long service leave between seasons, the leave is taken to have started when the employee last ceased employment with the employer.
