### sec.1038 Provision for old s 447 (Approval application) A application filed by an organisation under old section 447 for approval for ballots to decide the result of its elections for its elected officers not to be postal ballots but not decided before the commencement must be dealt with as if it had been filed under section 635 of this Act.
