### sec.1035 Provision for old s 426 (Registrar’s functions for register and rules) The register of organisations kept by the registrar under old section 426 immediately before the commencement is taken to be the register of organisations kept by the registrar under section 614(1) of this Act. A copy of an organisation’s rules kept by the registrar under old section 426 immediately before the commencement is taken to be the copy of the organisation’s rules kept by the registrar under section 614(2) of this Act. (sec.1035-ssec.1) The register of organisations kept by the registrar under old section 426 immediately before the commencement is taken to be the register of organisations kept by the registrar under section 614(1) of this Act. (sec.1035-ssec.2) A copy of an organisation’s rules kept by the registrar under old section 426 immediately before the commencement is taken to be the copy of the organisation’s rules kept by the registrar under section 614(2) of this Act.
