### sec.1032 Orders and applications under old ch 11A Old chapter 11A continues to apply, despite its repeal, in relation to fees received by private employment agents in contravention of old section 408D(1) or (2) before the commencement. Without limiting subsection (1)— an application made under old section 408F or 408G, but not decided, before the commencement may continue to be dealt with under old chapter 11A; and an application may be made under old section 408F or 408G in relation to a fee mentioned in subsection (1); and old section 408H— continues to apply to an order made under old section 408E or 408G before the commencement; or applies to an order made under old section 408E or 408G on or after the commencement as the section is continued in effect under subsection (1).
