### sec.1020 Provision for old chapter 4 (Freedom of association) Old chapter 4 continues to apply, despite its repeal, after the commencement in relation to conduct to which it applies that was engaged in, or was proposed to be engaged in, before the commencement, and chapter 8 does not apply.
