### sec.94A Definitions for div 2A In this division— approved provider means— a funded provider that— provides housing services, other than a funded provider that only provides home maintenance services or home modification services; and is, under the provider’s funding agreement, described as an approved provider in relation to the disclosure of confidential information; or an exempt provider or registered provider if— the exempt provider or registered provider is engaged under a contract or agreement by an approved provider mentioned in paragraph (a) to provide services to the approved provider; and under the approved provider’s funding agreement, the approved provider is authorised to disclose confidential information to the exempt provider or registered provider. disclose includes record, reveal or use. s 94A ins 2014 No. 57 s 66 - (a) a funded provider that— (i) provides housing services, other than a funded provider that only provides home maintenance services or home modification services; and (ii) is, under the provider’s funding agreement, described as an approved provider in relation to the disclosure of confidential information; or - (i) provides housing services, other than a funded provider that only provides home maintenance services or home modification services; and - (ii) is, under the provider’s funding agreement, described as an approved provider in relation to the disclosure of confidential information; or - (b) an exempt provider or registered provider if— (i) the exempt provider or registered provider is engaged under a contract or agreement by an approved provider mentioned in paragraph (a) to provide services to the approved provider; and (ii) under the approved provider’s funding agreement, the approved provider is authorised to disclose confidential information to the exempt provider or registered provider. - (i) the exempt provider or registered provider is engaged under a contract or agreement by an approved provider mentioned in paragraph (a) to provide services to the approved provider; and - (ii) under the approved provider’s funding agreement, the approved provider is authorised to disclose confidential information to the exempt provider or registered provider. - (i) provides housing services, other than a funded provider that only provides home maintenance services or home modification services; and - (ii) is, under the provider’s funding agreement, described as an approved provider in relation to the disclosure of confidential information; or - (i) the exempt provider or registered provider is engaged under a contract or agreement by an approved provider mentioned in paragraph (a) to provide services to the approved provider; and - (ii) under the approved provider’s funding agreement, the approved provider is authorised to disclose confidential information to the exempt provider or registered provider.
