### sec.94 Other ways of setting rates not limited This division does not limit the interest rates the chief executive may agree to, or the ways the chief executive may set interest rates, for loans made by the chief executive on behalf of the State. See section 13 for the chief executive’s power to make loans and set interest rates for the loans.
