### sec.82 Self-incrimination
This section applies if—
the chief executive or an authorised officer makes a requirement of an individual; and
under a provision of this part, it is an offence for the individual to fail to comply with the requirement unless the individual has a reasonable excuse.
It is a reasonable excuse for the individual to fail to comply with the requirement that complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the individual.
(sec.82-ssec.1) This section applies if— the chief executive or an authorised officer makes a requirement of an individual; and under a provision of this part, it is an offence for the individual to fail to comply with the requirement unless the individual has a reasonable excuse.
(sec.82-ssec.2) It is a reasonable excuse for the individual to fail to comply with the requirement that complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the individual.
- (a) the chief executive or an authorised officer makes a requirement of an individual; and
- (b) under a provision of this part, it is an offence for the individual to fail to comply with the requirement unless the individual has a reasonable excuse.
