### sec.68 Exercise of powers only for certain matters
A power conferred under this part may be exercised only for monitoring or enforcing—
compliance with parts 3 and 4 ; or
compliance by a registered provider with part 4A ; or
compliance by a funded ancillary provider with—
section 55 (1) ; or
in relation to a relevant agreement within the meaning given by section 39 —the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 , section 185 (2) (b) to (d) or (3) (a) to (c) ; or
This relates to a ground for appointing an interim manager for the business of a funded ancillary provider. See section 41 (1) (b) .

- (a) compliance with parts 3 and 4 ; or
