### sec.59 Funded ancillary provider liable for remuneration and other costs
If an interim manager is appointed for the business of a funded ancillary provider, the chief executive may give the provider a written demand for the amount of an administration cost.
The chief executive may recover the amount as a debt owed to the State.
At any time during or after the appointment, the chief executive may recover an administration cost from an amount held by the manager under section 51 .
In this section—
administration cost means the remuneration paid to the interim manager and any other reasonable cost incurred in carrying out the manager’s function.

(sec.59-ssec.1) If an interim manager is appointed for the business of a funded ancillary provider, the chief executive may give the provider a written demand for the amount of an administration cost.
(sec.59-ssec.2) The chief executive may recover the amount as a debt owed to the State.
