### sec.55 Obstruction
A person must not obstruct an interim manager in the exercise of a power, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
If a person has obstructed an interim manager and the manager decides to proceed with the exercise of the power, the manager must warn the person that—
it is an offence to obstruct the manager, unless the person has a reasonable excuse; and
the manager considers the person’s conduct an obstruction.
