### sec.43 Terms of appointment An instrument of appointment of a person as interim manager for the business of a funded ancillary provider must state the following matters— the person’s name; details of the ancillary housing service provided by the funded ancillary provider; details of the person’s function as interim manager; any limitations on the person’s powers as interim manager; the period of the appointment; any conditions of the appointment; anything else the chief executive considers appropriate. s 43 amd 2013 No. 5 s 29 - (a) the person’s name; - (b) details of the ancillary housing service provided by the funded ancillary provider; - (c) details of the person’s function as interim manager; - (d) any limitations on the person’s powers as interim manager; - (e) the period of the appointment; - (f) any conditions of the appointment; - (g) anything else the chief executive considers appropriate.
