### sec.38 Registrar may take action The registrar may take action under this division in relation to the following— a national provider for which the registrar is the primary registrar; a state provider. The registrar may take action under this division against a registered provider mentioned in subsection (1) if the registrar reasonably believes the provider is not complying with— this Act; or if the provider is a national provider—a corresponding law that applies to the provider. s 38 prev s 38 amd 2004 No. 37 s 86 sch 1 om 2005 No. 33 s 4 pres s 38 ins 2013 No. 5 s 23 (sec.38-ssec.1) The registrar may take action under this division in relation to the following— a national provider for which the registrar is the primary registrar; a state provider.
