### sec.38 Registrar may take action
The registrar may take action under this division in relation to the following—
a national provider for which the registrar is the primary registrar;
a state provider.
The registrar may take action under this division against a registered provider mentioned in subsection (1) if the registrar reasonably believes the provider is not complying with—
this Act; or
if the provider is a national provider—a corresponding law that applies to the provider.

(sec.38-ssec.1) The registrar may take action under this division in relation to the following— a national provider for which the registrar is the primary registrar; a state provider.
(sec.38-ssec.2) The registrar may take action under this division against a registered provider mentioned in subsection (1) if the registrar reasonably believes the provider is not complying with— this Act; or if the provider is a national provider—a corresponding law that applies to the provider.
- (a) a national provider for which the registrar is the primary registrar;
