### sec.37D Conditions of registration
A registered provider must comply with—
each condition applying to the provider’s registration; and
each provision (an applicable code provision ) of the national regulatory code in schedule 1 that is identified on the relevant register as applying to the provider’s registration.
A failure to comply with subsection (1) is not an offence but is a ground for the registrar to give a registered provider a notice of noncompliance.
Schedule 2 sets out the conditions that apply to the registration of each registered provider.
Schedule 3 , part 1 sets out the conditions that apply to the registration of a national provider for which this jurisdiction is the primary jurisdiction.
Schedule 3 , part 2 , sets out the conditions that apply to the registration of a state provider.
