### sec.37 Registers established The national register of national entities providing community housing services is established. It is the intention of the Parliament that this part, together with the corresponding laws of the other participating jurisdictions, has the effect that the national register is a single national register. The state register of local governments and prescribed state providers providing community housing services is established. A state provider may provide a community housing service only within this jurisdiction—see schedule 3 , part 2 , section 7 . s 37 prev s 37 om 2013 No. 5 s 22 pres s 37 ins 2013 No. 5 s 23 (sec.37-ssec.1) The national register of national entities providing community housing services is established.
