### sec.36H Registrar must comply with guidelines In performing a function in relation to the national register, the registrar must comply with any guidelines made jointly by the Minister and each Minister responsible for the administration of a corresponding law for a participating jurisdiction, and published— in the New South Wales Government Gazette; or on the New South Wales legislation website. s 36H ins 2013 No. 5 s 23 - (a) in the New South Wales Government Gazette; or - (b) on the New South Wales legislation website.
