### sec.36 Objects of this part
This part establishes a system for the registration, monitoring and regulation of entities providing community housing services—
to encourage the development, viability and quality of community housing services; and
to promote confidence in the good governance of registered providers of community housing services, in order to facilitate greater investment in the community housing sector; and
to make it easier for providers of community housing services to operate in more than 1 participating jurisdiction.
Part 4A implements the State’s obligations under the Inter-Governmental Agreement for a National Regulatory System for Community Housing Providers.
