### sec.23 Types of funding that may be provided The chief executive may give an entity that provides, or intends to provide, a housing service funding the chief executive considers appropriate to assist the entity to provide the service, including, for example— making, on appropriate conditions, a monetary grant or a series of monetary grants to the entity; or making a secured loan to the entity; or transferring to the entity land subject to an appropriate security or covenant relating to the use of the land; or leasing land to the entity. s 23 sub 2013 No. 5 s 12 - (a) making, on appropriate conditions, a monetary grant or a series of monetary grants to the entity; or - (b) making a secured loan to the entity; or - (c) transferring to the entity land subject to an appropriate security or covenant relating to the use of the land; or - (d) leasing land to the entity.
