### sec.159 Transitional arrangements for particular accommodation providers mentioned in s 158
This section applies if an accommodation provider mentioned in section 158—
does not apply for registration under section 37B before the application period ends; or
applies but is refused registration under part 4A.
The accommodation provider must transfer or otherwise dispose of each of the provider’s relevant assets in the prescribed way—
before the transitional period ends; or
if the provider applies under section 65 for a review of the registrar’s decision to refuse the application and the registrar’s decision is confirmed on review—the day that is 6 months after the day the registrar’s decision is confirmed.

(sec.159-ssec.1) This section applies if an accommodation provider mentioned in section 158— does not apply for registration under section 37B before the application period ends; or applies but is refused registration under part 4A.
