### sec.155 Delegation by Minister of powers under Land Act 1994
The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under a prescribed provision to the chief executive or to an officer or employee of the department.
In this section—
prescribed provision means a provision of the Land Act 1994 that, under any of the following, applies to a lease—
section 133, 134, 153 or 154;
the Housing (Freeholding of Land) Act 1957 , section 10J or 11.

(sec.155-ssec.1) The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under a prescribed provision to the chief executive or to an officer or employee of the department.
(sec.155-ssec.2) In this section— prescribed provision means a provision of the Land Act 1994 that, under any of the following, applies to a lease— section 133, 134, 153 or 154; the Housing (Freeholding of Land) Act 1957 , section 10J or 11.

- (b) the Housing (Freeholding of Land) Act 1957 , section 10J or 11.
