### sec.138 Continuing application of the repealed Act, s 26D
This section applies to an agreement to sell a dwelling house, under the repealed Act, section 26D(1), entered into by the commission before the commencement day.
The repealed Act, section 26D, as in force immediately before the commencement day, continues to apply to the sale as if a reference in the section to the commission were a reference to the chief executive acting on behalf of the State.
