### sec.135 Sale, lease or arrangements under the repealed Act, s 24A
This section applies to an agreement, lease or arrangements, under the repealed Act, section 24A, that were in force immediately before the commencement day.
The repealed Act, section 24A(3C) to (7), (7B), (7C) and (7E) to (12), as in force immediately before the commencement day, continue to apply to the agreement, lease or arrangements while they are in force, as if—
a reference in those provisions to the commission were a reference to the chief executive acting on behalf of the State; and
a reference in those provisions to the Minister charged with the administration of the repealed Act were a reference to the Minister administering this Act; and
a reference in those provisions to a perpetual town lease or perpetual suburban lease were a reference to a perpetual lease for residential purposes.
A lease that, immediately before the commencement day, was a perpetual town lease or perpetual suburban lease is taken to be a perpetual lease for residential purposes.
On 1 July 2006, this section stops applying to a lease.

(sec.135-ssec.4) On 1 July 2006, this section stops applying to a lease. See section 154 (Lease under the repealed Act, s 24A).
