### sec.126 Application to the commission
This section applies to an application made to the commission under the repealed Act that, immediately before the commencement day, had not been finally dealt with.
To the extent the application relates to a matter that the chief executive may deal with under this Act, the chief executive may deal with the application as if it had been made to the chief executive.
