### sec.123 Agreement with the commission This section applies to an agreement, in force immediately before the commencement day, to which the commission was a party. On the commencement day, the State becomes a party to the agreement in place of the commission. In this section— agreement includes a contract of sale, lease, tenancy agreement, loan agreement and mortgage agreement.
