### sec.120 Waiver of amounts owed A reference in section 14 to an amount owed to the chief executive arising out of, or relating to, the chief executive’s provision of a housing service includes an amount that— is owed to the State; and immediately before the commencement day, was an amount owed to the commission arising out of, or relating to, the commission’s provision of a housing service. - (a) is owed to the State; and - (b) immediately before the commencement day, was an amount owed to the commission arising out of, or relating to, the commission’s provision of a housing service.
