### sec.90 Information provider can not be compelled to give particular information in evidence A person can not be compelled to divulge or communicate in a proceeding, or in compliance with a requirement under an Act or legal process, any of the following— whether or not the person gave information to a committee or a relevant person for a committee; what information the person gave to a committee or a relevant person for a committee; a document given by the person to a committee or a relevant person for a committee that was created by the person or another person for the committee; information the person was given, or questions the person was asked, by a committee or a relevant person for a committee. - (a) whether or not the person gave information to a committee or a relevant person for a committee; - (b) what information the person gave to a committee or a relevant person for a committee; - (c) a document given by the person to a committee or a relevant person for a committee that was created by the person or another person for the committee; - (d) information the person was given, or questions the person was asked, by a committee or a relevant person for a committee.
