### sec.56 Appointment of health service auditors
The chief executive (the appointer ) may, in writing, appoint a person as a health service auditor to undertake a health service audit in the department or a Service.
A health service chief executive (also the appointer ) may, in writing, appoint a person as a health service auditor to undertake a health service audit in the Service.
However, the appointer may appoint a person as a health service auditor only if the appointer is satisfied the person is qualified for appointment because the person has the necessary expertise or experience.

(sec.56-ssec.1) The chief executive (the appointer ) may, in writing, appoint a person as a health service auditor to undertake a health service audit in the department or a Service.
(sec.56-ssec.2) A health service chief executive (also the appointer ) may, in writing, appoint a person as a health service auditor to undertake a health service audit in the Service.
