### sec.54 Chief executive may provide data to Commonwealth Subsection (2) applies to performance data and other data provided by a Service to the chief executive— under the service agreement between the chief executive and the Service; or under a health service directive. The chief executive may validate the data and provide relevant data to— the Commonwealth; or an entity established under an Act of the Commonwealth. In this section— relevant data means— data the State and Commonwealth have agreed is to be provided to— the Commonwealth; or an entity established under an Act of the Commonwealth; or data the State and an entity established under an Act of the Commonwealth have agreed is to be provided to the entity. s 54 amd 2012 No. 9 ss 27 , 54 sch (sec.54-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies to performance data and other data provided by a Service to the chief executive— under the service agreement between the chief executive and the Service; or under a health service directive. (sec.54-ssec.2) The chief executive may validate the data and provide relevant data to— the Commonwealth; or an entity established under an Act of the Commonwealth. (sec.54-ssec.3) In this section— relevant data means— data the State and Commonwealth have agreed is to be provided to— the Commonwealth; or an entity established under an Act of the Commonwealth; or data the State and an entity established under an Act of the Commonwealth have agreed is to be provided to the entity. - (a) under the service agreement between the chief executive and the Service; or - (b) under a health service directive. - (a) the Commonwealth; or - (b) an entity established under an Act of the Commonwealth. - (a) data the State and Commonwealth have agreed is to be provided to— (i) the Commonwealth; or (ii) an entity established under an Act of the Commonwealth; or - (i) the Commonwealth; or - (ii) an entity established under an Act of the Commonwealth; or - (b) data the State and an entity established under an Act of the Commonwealth have agreed is to be provided to the entity. - (i) the Commonwealth; or - (ii) an entity established under an Act of the Commonwealth; or
