### sec.53Y Application of Acts to administrator
The administrator is a unit of public administration under the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 .
The following Acts do not apply to the administrator in performing a function under this Act—
the Information Privacy Act 2009 ;
the Ombudsman Act 2001 ;
the Right to Information Act 2009 ;
the Public Records Act 2023 .
To remove doubt, it is declared that the administrator is not a statutory body for—
the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 ; or
the Financial Accountability Act 2009 .

(sec.53Y-ssec.1) The administrator is a unit of public administration under the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 .
