### sec.53V Performance audits
This section applies to all or any particular activities of the administrator that relate to Queensland.
The auditor-general may conduct a performance audit, under the Auditor-General Act 2009 , section 37A , of all or any of the particular activities of the administrator as if the administrator were a public sector entity under that Act.
Before the auditor-general of this jurisdiction conducts a performance audit, the auditor-general must notify the Auditors-General of all other jurisdictions of his or her intention to conduct the proposed audit.
Auditors-General who are conducting performance audits at the same time are to make arrangements to coordinate the conduct of those audits in relation to any requirements imposed on the administrator.
