### sec.53J The office of administrator The office of administrator of the National Health Funding Pool is established by this division. It is the intention of Parliament that the same individual holds the office established under subsection (1) and under the corresponding provision of the laws of the Commonwealth and the other States. The administrator appointed under this division may exercise and perform the functions of the administrator in relation to— one jurisdiction; or 2 or more or all jurisdictions collectively. A reference in a provision of this division (other than in section 53P (1) ) to a function of the administrator under this division includes a reference to a function of the administrator under the corresponding provision of the laws of the Commonwealth and the other States. s 53J ins 2012 No. 9 s 26 (sec.53J-ssec.1) The office of administrator of the National Health Funding Pool is established by this division.
