### sec.51E Health employment directives binding A health employment directive that applies to an employee of the department is binding on the employee and the department. A health employment directive that applies to an employee of a Service is binding on the employee and the Service. A health employment directive may apply to both employees of a department and a Service. See section 51A (3) . s 51E ins 2013 No. 61 s 88 (sec.51E-ssec.1) A health employment directive that applies to an employee of the department is binding on the employee and the department.
