### sec.44E Obligations of board in relation to adviser
While an adviser’s appointment is in force, the board must provide the adviser with all notices of board meetings, and all documents and other information provided to board members.
The board must permit the adviser—
to attend all meetings of the board; and
to provide information and advice to the board during meetings.
